Mon–Sat: orders placed by 2 pm ship the same day. After 2 pm and on Sundays, they ship the next working day.
Tracking number
Once the parcel is handed over, the tracking number appears in your account and is sent to you.

Spool arrived damaged or in the wrong colour? Message us on Telegram with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Unwanted items in intact packaging can be returned within 14 days under Ukrainian consumer law. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Opened filament and made-to-order models can’t be returned.
